“We are all just walking each other home.”
– Ram Dass

I am tremendously grateful to the spiritual teachers who crossed my path in this life, namely Marshall B. Rosenberg, the founder of Nonviolent Communication; Robert Gonzales, founder of Living Compassion; Thich Nhat Hanh, Buddhist monk and founder of Plum Village; Jack Kornfield and Joseph Goldstein founders of IMS and Spirit Rock; my friend, Dharma Daddy and MBSR and Dharma teacher Bob Stahl; Yoga Master Swami Sivananda, and most recently Richard Schwartz, who founded the Internal Family System Therapy model.

I also want to give thanks to all my friends – without whom I wouldn’t be the same. There is a deep love and gratitude for sharing life with you precious human beings.

A special recognition and thanks I want to give to all my female friends who continuously teach me how to love and the lineage of woman in this world – those who lived before us, those who live now and those who are yet to be born. You all help me to meet life within and without, to live kindness and compassion – and to walk the path of the heart, no matter what. Deep bows to the wisdom and love that flows through the feminine in all of us into this world.

And outstandingly, I want to thank my parents, who birthed me into this world, nurtured me and always support me, even though my path is different than anything that is familiar to them.

“In gratitude, you have watered seeds

Of love in me, in gratitude.

In gratitude, I will water seeds

Of love in someone, too.”

– Plum Village Song
